Gain Weight: Week 1 Day 1

My tripod was still in the process of being delivered, so I had to take a pic in front of the mirror.

Not particularly fat, not particularly lean, you think.

However, I have been supporting this shape for about 10 years, without limiting myself strictly in eating, and without regular workouts in gym.

For this reason, the majority of people who knows me, believe I am “naturally skinny”, and do nothing to keep myself within reasonable limits. That’s not fair, because I do follow a set of rules for weight loss.

So, from this day, I follow a set of rules to gain weight. Let’s see how much weight I will be able to gain in 1,5 months!

Day 1: This was a very busy and stressful day, I had tons of work as a copywriter, and in the evening, I had to hurry to my friend’s birthday party. As a result, despite I took my supplements, I failed to have several full meals. Let’s see if I gain weight purely due to supplements.
